Formed in March of 2006, The Foundry is an independent agency owned by Ron, Simon and Brownie.

The agency was formed under a simple but defining vision to create an agency that would transform brands into powerful, engaging business entities.
Our focus has never been on achieving size for the sake of size. Nor purely on profit nor capital gain. Instead, our mission is ‘to do good work with good people, thereby to earn the respect of our peers so that more good people will want to work with us and for us’.
It’s an approach that works for us, and seems to have worked for others. Today, we’re a business of around 35 people, including full-time specialists in strategy, TV and print production and of course account management and creative.
Our people are all part of ‘One Team’, able to be deployed to whatever problem best meets their particular skill set. We work from two offices, one each in Melbourne and Sydney.
We like working with people who are passionate about both sides of what we do – people who ‘get’ the value of a creative idea as much as they respect the commercial realities of business.
